檢查開關(guān)，氣動開關(guān)是否阻塞；檢查黑膠氣動開關(guān)與電磁閥動作是否正常；

檢查一下中空玻璃自動打膠機(jī)比例泵上的智能壓力表是否處在正常范圍，7~35Mpa。

檢查打膠機(jī)上的液壓站是否有壓力，如果沒有壓力的話：（1）清洗比例溢流閥。（2）檢查比例控制器是否正常通電又或者稍微松動。

檢查一組比例泵下限傳感器是否有信號，檢查二組比例泵是否有信號，后檢查一下掃描儀數(shù)值是否正常。
Check whether the lower limit sensor of a group of proportional pumps has a signal, check whether the two groups of proportional pumps have a signal, and finally check whether the scanner value is normal.
經(jīng)過這幾個步驟，打膠機(jī)沒有壓力的問題應(yīng)該就可以很好的得到解決！
